N2-FOAM
CUSHIONING
Our nitrogen-infused midsole is injected under controlled temperature and pressure, creating a foam matrix with lower density than standard EVA and a higher energy-return curve.
MATERIAL
LIBRARY
Each upper is matched to the demands of its use case. Runners get breathable engineered knit. Court shoes get full-grain leather that ages in. Trail builds get ripstop and reinforced mud guards.
Engineered Knit
Zoned stretch and lockdown in a single jacquard layer. Vector 01 upper weight: 112 g.
Full-Grain Leather
European corrected-grain hides with a soft tumbling finish. Metro Court develops a subtle patina.
Ripstop + Rock Guard
Balanced 210D ripstop upper with a TPU mud guard wrapping the toe and heel for trail protection.
FROM LAST TO OUTSOLE IN FIVE STAGES
Last & Fit
Anatomical last mapped to 12,000 foot scans. Toe spring and heel pitch set before any upper is cut.
Midsole Mold
Nitrogen-foam injected into a machined aluminum mold with tuned density gradients fore to aft.
Upper Assembly
Pattern pieces are welded, not sewn where possible, to drop weight and remove abrasion points.
Outsole Lay
Rubber compound and lug geometry selected by surface: road, hardwood, rock or loose trail.
Calibration
Every production run is compression-tested and weighed against the master spec before release.
